  • (Flexibility exercises) This group aims to lengthen the muscles of the body in order to restore the balance of the muscular system and reduce the feeling of fatigue after an exercise session.
  • (Balance exercises) This group aims to strengthen the muscles responsible for the stability of the body during movement and thus contribute to reducing falls.
